Important Notice on the Schedule of the One Subject Chance Examination for Diploma/Certificate Level 2081

Conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur

An important announcement about the one subject chance test schedule has been published by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. This notification is intended for students who, according to the semester examination method, have failed only one topic and are enrolled in the third year or second part of the Diploma and Certificate programs at public, partnership, community, and private institutions that offer special scholarship programs.

Students majoring in Civil, Hydropower, Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical and Electronics, Architecture, Information Technology, Geomatics, Mechanical, Ref & AC, Social Work, and Food and Dairy Technology at the Diploma level are notified that the comprehensive exam schedule for the one-subject chance (partial) examination will be released on the Council’s website, www.ctevtexam.org.np, on Asar 15, 2081, at 7:00 AM in Gorkhapatra Daily.

Please refer to the published notice for specific details on the exam schedule.

Take note:

1. Examinees who miss the exam for whatever reason or who are missing from the exam will not have their exam rescheduled, per the schedule mentioned above.
2. The appropriate institutions should make the required preparations since they will administer the Engineering Drawing test.
3. To the examination room, only the Log Book/Psychometric Chart that has been approved by the inspector may be brought.
4. As per the notification released on 2081/02/03 concerning the examination application, students who were not able to complete the application for a semester examination system chance examination for a single subject must send the completed form to their respective institutions between 2081/03/04 and 2081/03/06, along with the late fee. The ITMS online input needs to be finished by the institutions on the same day. By 2081/03/07, the institutions must send the application form and the collected fee to the Examination Control Office.
5. Any unforeseen circumstances will not result in a postponement of the examination without previous notification.
